Escalation Engineer (Network software tools)

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical support position, preferably with a networking technology company.
Deep knowledge of networking and storage. UNIX/Linux/MS platforms and other related areas
Understanding and diagnosing packet traces is necessary.
WAN experience is key.
Experience with networking protocols, such as http, smtp, rtsp, streaming media and experience in servers, caches and proxies is important.
Strong communication skills with customers, as well as internal company groups.
CCIE a plus
