System Engineer (Voice Solutions Deployment and support)
Installation
and configurations of Dealerboard systems, Voice loggers, servers, Cisco
Switch/routers
Support and service of customers under maintenance
contracts
Diagnostic and
repair
Perform system back-up
Maintain hardware and software inventory
Perform
Voice and Data network cable patching
Responsible in updating of documentation
on customer regular basis
Shift rotation covering from 07:00 to 19:00 (some weekend
working will be required)
On-call support as part of the “Out of Hours” support
rotation
Requirements
Possess a
degree
or diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications in IT eg: MSCE,
CCNA, CCVP
Minimum 2 years of
Telephony installation and support experience
Minimum 3 years of
IT support experience
Voice recording
experience would be an advantage (Nice, Cybertech, Verint)
Good customer
service skills
Good command of
spoken and written English
ITIL certified would
be an advantage
Singaporeans and
Singapore Permanent Resident only
