Snr Systems Engineer (citrix, regional support)
Part of regional systems support team supporting external customers (professional users)
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration and operation of ALL citrix/wintel based servers related to product, application and databases system.

Resolve problem tickets generated.

Implement service requests as generated e.g. O/S upgrade, IP changes, group access, etc.

Able to work independently with vendor representatives as needed to resolve questions or problems.

Writing technical documentation as required.
Requirements:
-
At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a computing environment with at least 25 servers
- Experience in IIS, VMware and Citrix Xenapp and XenDesktop

Knowledge in ITIL, CA products, e.g. eHealth, SDPlus, DSM, etc.

Experience in monitoring and management tools such as Concord/eHealth, eG and Spectrum etc is desirable
-
Willingness to be on 24x7 standby duty on rotation basis, and get activated after office hours, to attend critical problems
