Cisco Product:
To create, modify and delete CISCO IPT profile, MOC, Voicemail and voice integrate with IMAP for Regional.(Cisco 7961, 7962, 7965, 7937, 7936)
To create voice route, translation pattern for Regional
To  do voice debugging for voice qos/distortion issue
To integrate the cisco IPT with Etrali phone number range system
To manage CCM,CUPS,CUCM and CUE for Regional
To manage regional router and switch more than 100 devices ((Cisco Catalyst 6500, Cisco Catalyst 4500 Series, Cisco Catalyst 3500 Series, and Cisco Catalyst 2500 series)

Have knowledge on the EIGRP,Static Route, Access List, TACACS and etc..
To manage Cisco ATA Product
To manage the call costing report link with Proteus system
To manage the IPFax integrated with Cisco CCM.
 
Dealing Product:
To create, modify and delete ETRALI profile
To create group channel, hotline and conference number.
To liaise with vendor for relocation activity and channel adding activity.
To provide the Preventive Maintenance with testing NICE recording channel with vendor
To provide 2nd level support on Tandberg conferencing system
To monitoring the Bloomberg link circuit status
To provide 2nd level support on Speaker Bus system.
Log cases to vendor for 3rd level support.

Smart Dashboard Checkpoint:
To test SIC communication with new device
To import license of Checkpoint appliance
To provide 2nd level support on rule base and account administration
To analysis the firewall flow chart.
To monitor the Regional checkpoint appliance.
To provide quarterly review firewall rule for security team

Other System:
To provide 2nd level support on Link Controller, Big-IP, Firepass VPN, Riverbed
To provide 1st level support on the Verizon WAN link.
To provide 2nd level support on the regional MAN link, lease line, ISDN and PSTN line.
To monitor the network bandwidth utilization from MRTG, What UpGold and vantage system.
To know the unix command to do creation, modification and deleting the MRTG utilization.
To provide 2nd level support on Cybertech Recording System, RSA and ACS appliance.
To import RSA token license
To provide 2nd level support for Xceedium Appliance.
