Our client a government agency located in Sci Park Area

 

You will handle the daily operational responsibilities of Data Network and VoIP network and will proactively plan and manage the implementation of voice services and voice network.

You will administer and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure and be responsible for the monitoring of systems and network performance. You will also be assisting in the infrastructure planning and maintenance and to provide second level support to end-users as well as to handle Cisco Call manager.

 

Requirements

1. Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in networking support with knowledge in Cisco and Juniper switches, routers, Wireless AP, network infrastructure

3. Good knowledge in Active Directory, Data Storage and network protocols like TCP/IP, network routing (e.g. EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS etc), Wireless and VoIP protocols

4. Preferably with administration experience in network, wireless, VoIP and security

5. Certification in CCNP is a must, MCSE will be an added advantage

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
