Regional Technical Analyst (.Net tools evaluation / implementation / support)


Duties & Responsibilities:  
Format sentence using 1. What is done (action) 2. How it’s done (procedure, method, tool or equipment) 3. Why it’s done (purpose, outcome, result); include level of responsibilities, autonomy and accountability.  
Typical Responsibility:  
1.  Provide technical presales, implementation and delivery expertise support for regional and global contracts  
2.  Provide training and second level technical support to the OpCo Technical Analysts  
3.  Collect and analyse requirements and translate into platform configuration for regional and global deals.  
4.  Define, implement and maintain regional standards for platform configuration, service delivery processes and reporting  
5.  Develop customised reports and solutions when required to meet clients or operations needs  
6.  Deployment of technology to the region in alignment with regional standards and strategy  
7.  Document regional technology standards  
8.  Participate in evaluation and acceptance testing of new technology tools  
9.  Document and submit Feature Enhancement Requests and Bug fixes  
10.  Participate in regional and global teleconferences as required

13.  Relate technical solutions into business terminology for all user types (field and HQ)  
14.  Understand and review technical documentation  
15.  Provide Training as required

Selection Criteria:  
 
Essentials  
.  Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science, or equivalent skills and certification  
.  5 years experience in the IT field  
.  5 years experience with digital printing, finishing and mailing workflow related technologies and associated applications  
.  Strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills required (advanced user)  
.  Strong problem solving skills required  
.  Use of critical thinking required  
.  Leadership Skills  
.  Strong communication skills  
.  Attention to detail required  
.  Highly motivated  
.  Ability to interact with people from different levels and backgrounds

.  2 to 5 year managed service operations particularly printroom, mailroom and creative services.
