Product Manager (Managed Services)
Develop product strategies and manage the product life cycle.
Ensure product revenue and profit margin targets are achieved.
Develop differentiated products to meet market needs. To work with Product Marketing Managers in identifying new service opportunities by
understanding market dynamics, technological advancements and our customers business challenges.
Develop benchmark against competitors product offering to improve product features, pricing plan and business processes for new and/or existing
services to ensure market competitiveness.
Review and optimise the various cost components of products supported.
Develop product schemes and policies.
Provide product training and update product information on Intranet.
Develop Go To Market strategies and action plans together with the Product Marketing Managers.
Review and manage product terms and conditions.
Provide business case analysis to support new products and customization
of existing product to meet specific customer needs.
To ensure comprehensive documentation, systems and processes are developed. To continuously optimize such processes with the objective of
increasing internal efficiencies and enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements:
degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of working experience in the Telecommunications industry or in the product management capacity.
Possess technical knowledge of data communications. Familiarity with ICT Outsourcing, Avaya, Nortel, Cisco IP PBX technologies, Security and IT
Solutions would be advantageous.
Familiar with the Enterprise IT Outsourcing business, including the outsourcing of :
Desktop Management
Server + Storage
Messaging + Collaboration Service
Network Integration
Workforce Outsourcing
Management and monitoring
Experience in the commercial and operational models, outsourcing processes and methodologies, industry standards (ITIL, COBIT, etc) would
be advantageous.
To have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to conduct effective presentations. Able to develop comprehensive and
concise management reports.
Possess experience in Financial Management and Process Management.
Having marketing experience or related post-graduate degree or diploma will be added advantages.
To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external
customers.
