You will be engaged in securing high-value enterprise solutions deals and meeting the assigned quarterly revenue targets.

The role requires BOTH high level technical solutioning and STRONG consultative selling skills

Your customer will deem as a highly trusted advisor in providing best-of-breed content life cycle solutions for them

Responsibilities: 

1.  Actively promote solutions to both internal and external customers
2.  Work closely with internal Technical Experts Team to design and sell industry solutions 
3.  Interface with OTHER depts account managers (other depts) and OTHER depts sales consultants (who carry more off the selves products knowledge) to actively engage customers on most aspects of technical pre-sales activities, such as problem analysis, solutions design.

4. Technical demonstration of proposed solution including up to "C" level folks

5. Work with the various internal technical teams to set up and deploy pilot/proof-of-concept projects and ensure smooth post-sales transition 

Requirements: 

1.  At least a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 
2.  At least 3 years’ experience in designing enterprise solutions and at least 1 year’s consultative selling experience in enterprise IT solutions 
3.  Superior people management skills to manage internal and external customers, strong strategic thinking skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills 
4.  Aptitude for understanding both business and technologies, particularly in the areas of outsourcing services, document management, office automation and printers/multifunction peripherals is advantageous
5.  Sound knowledge in industry IT solutions for the key industries (i.e. Education, Healthcare, Hospitality) is a definite advantage 
6.  Preferably with experience in at least one cycle of software development in implementing enterprise system 
7.  Technical competencies: Oracle; MS SQL; Microsoft Office applications; XML; Java; .Net; storage and backup; clustering technologies; networking; hardware servers; and Web/applications servers technologies
