Application Support Specialist (credit processing)
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the production support and maintenance of corporate credit processing applications.

Perform problem investigation and impact analysis.
-
Liase with other IT support teams and carry out system related tasks on migration, environment, performance and system health.

Implementation of projects and enhancements.
-
Preparation of project deliverables.
-
Perform systems development activities.
-
Conduct system and integration test and assist in user acceptance testing.
-
Provide production support and resolve issues.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
-
At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.

Knowledge of core banking systems/ products.
-
Have a good working knowledge on Unix, SQL and the Java development platform.

Good understanding of system development process.
-
Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills.
-
Knowledge of credit processing would be advantageous.
-
Fresh graduates in Computer Science (Degree or Degree) from local tertiary educational institutions may be considered.
