Lotus Notes Administrator
The Role:

You will manage clients Lotus Domino R6 and R7 Servers via remote access.

Helping Service Desk Agents troubleshooting usersLotus Notes Client issues.

Working on trouble tickets escalated from Tier 1 Service Desk.

Performing daily Lotus Notes administration tasks such as Notes ID creation, recertifying Notes users, moving Notes users to different OU, etc.
-
Performing routine server maintenance tasks such as maintaining AdminP db, synchronizing usersmail file and databases on clustered servers, etc.

Troubleshooting R6 Domino Server issues, eg. server crashed or hung, users unable to access the Domino server, etc.

Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting ScanMail.

Assist Lotus Notes Team Leader on Lotus Domino/Notes Projects.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
-
At least 3 years working experience in large Lotus Notes environment spanning multiple countries with several thousand users.

CLP preferred but not mandatory.
-
Willing to work long hours and on weekends as well as Public Holidays when required.

Preferably with Asia Pacific support experience.

Able to speak clear and fluent English.

Mandarin and/or Japanese speaking Singaporean or PR are welcome to apply.

A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. Strong team player.
