EXPERIENCE :

~ Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in managing the full scope of IT

~ Experience in administration and support of windows server, exchange server, LAN.

~ Experience in ERP/SCM implementations internally or externally with out-sourced

vendors.

~ Regional IT experience an added advantage

~ Knowledge of programming language

~ Customer oriented, can-do attitude, and able to meet deadlines.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsible for the IT Operations in Singapore, the person will be based in Singapore . The role will require a person with strong IT hands-on technical skills, with good history of Project management and experience of the full project life cycle. Experience in a

structured methodology would be beneficial.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To manage third party IT vendors and negotiate contracts.

2. To work with various business units and provide support on in-house applications and regional projects.

3. To implement and manage an ERP/SCM system with third party vendor

4. To manage the corporate website.

5. To assist in setting up the logistics for video conferencing

6. Providing IT support for users. Troubleshoots any system/infrastructure/security related problems

7. Evaluate and recommend IT infrastructure solutions to improve work efficiency and cost savings

8. Review and establish corporate IT policies and standards

9. Ensure smooth running of all system applications, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision

10. To coordinate with regional offices (China, Indonesia, etc.) to tackle IT issues

11. To perform periodic IT audit on HQ & regional offices

12. To maintain IT quality procedure standards in accordance to ISO 9001.

13. To implement shared folders/intranet.
