Purpose of Position

Plan medium term technology roadmap or blueprint of Open System Technology, incorporating into annual work plan.
Senior Support Staff for the Microsoft Windows 2000 / 2003 application systems of the Banks and be responsible for the smooth functioning of these systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. You must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 10+ years system administration, required to provide technical service and
infrastructure to Microsoft Win2000 / 2003 platform such as system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning. You are
responsible for hardware and software strategic planning and provide solution to cater for business requirement.
2. You should posses Data Center experience, high analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independent in an
ever-changing, challenging environment. Prefer a hands-on person.
3. You need to support 7x24 Mission Critical System, require in depth knowledge of Windows 2000 / 2003 Operating System, Internet Information
Service 6.0, experience on MS SQL server 2000, Visual Basic Programming, Middleware MQ Series or Connect Direct is a plus.
4. You need to understand fundamental security and compliance in banking industry.

6. You will monitor maintenance and service activities and ensure maintenance contracts are promptly renewed on acceptable terms.

Base salary up to 96K pa + VB
