Perform 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk/Desktop Support  (80%)
Proficient in Wintel Server administration, backup and ensuring smoothness of critical front-end applications
Responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, PABX and LAN Work with both internal parties and vendors on project implementation Handle IT procurement, inventory, user training and documentation
Job Requirements
Pre-requisites Windows XP, 2000, 2003 and MS Office 2003 suite /outlook Active Directory, DHCP and MS Exchange VERITAS Backup Exec LAN and PABX patching
Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and customer-oriented Team player, flexible and able to work independently
Good to have MCSE / CCNA SQL and GP Scripting SOE build
Prior experience in VIP support or professional services environment
