Service Delivery Manager (SAP Basis)

Requirements

1. Degree in Computing or related field

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years as a line manager

3. Prior experience in delivery and management of mid range services

4. Knowledge of various SAP components including SAP Basis

5. Possess good management and leadership skills

6. Must be self motivated with an interest and aptitude towards sales and business development

7. Possess strong financial management skills and have sound commercial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

8. Manage and coordinate all necessary resources to deliver contracted services

9. Ensure integration of delivery of service performed by the disparate group of skills and resources within the company

10. Regularly communicates progress and issues with clients’ representatives

11. Hunt for opportunities to gain efficiencies, improve service quality and reduce operating costs

12. Cultivate close working relationship with clients’ representatives
