Regional Technical Support Engineer/Manager

Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
Ability to script in Visual Basic, XML and Perl Scripting is an advantage
At least 5 years working experience in IT
You should be a qualified computer and data communications engineer with extensive experience of networking systems and products, especially at Layer 1 and Layer 2.
A team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills
CCNA certification and experience in NMS/OSS systems (eg Ciscoworks, Remedy, EMC Smarts, HPOV) will be an advantage
