Solution Consultant (Managed Services)

Responsible to develop outsourcing and managed services (IT Service Desk, Desktop Management, Data Centre and others) solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ requirements
Participate in reviewing the pricing strategies for outsourcing and managed services solutions
Responsible to deliver the outsourcing and managed services solutions on time
Conduct presentation on outsourcing and managed services solutions to the customers
Keep abreast with new technologies that can complement and/or improve the outsourcing and managed services solutions
Participate in developing and maintaining the outsourcing and managed services solution templates
Deliver the professional services successfully

Requirements:

At least 2 to 3 years of similar experience in two or more areas in the Managed Services
Effective communication and consulting skills
Good awareness of information technologies
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library
Certified Data Centre Professional is an advantage
