Consultant (IT governance tools)

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Business or Computer Science and at least 7 years of overall technical experience in a customer facing role.

provide consulting services in areas of organizational design, product operation, continual process improvement, and ROI measurement
configure best practices and establish the following processes: patch management, instance management, and service delivery lifecycle.
install and configure Change Management, Governance Dashboard

Requirements
Ability to map customer process requirements with inherent functionality in company’s IT Governance suite.
A strong understanding of business and cross-functional processes such as change management, project management
Excellent interpersonal and client interfacing skills with the ability and character to get buy-in from the clients.
Knowledge of and technical experience with the client’s IT Governance suite or competitive products competitive products like primevera, MSproject, or NIKO
would be considered a distinct advantage.
Some working knowledge of scripting languages like C or Java
Candidates with IT process management, workflow design, or other functional consulting background

$80-100K OTE
