Helpdesk Engineers (Regional 1st level up to 2.4K)
- Provide first level IT support to end users via calls, emails, voice mails and faxes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first level IT problem.
- Accurate and timely diagnosis and escalation of IT problems to relevant second level IT support framework.
- End-to-end problem management by providing follow-up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Person:
· Able to speak Cantonese Fluently.
· Degree or Diploma with 1-3 years of experience in IT Support & Operation experience
· MCP, MCSA or CNA Technical Certification is desirable
· Proficient in local language support (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.) for desktop operating system and application software
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and multi tasking on 24x7x365 environment. (

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Self motivated for continuous improvement and growth
· Proactive and self resourceful who is able to work with minimum supervision
· Fast learner to both essential and emerging technologies, tools and methodologies.
