Regional Network Consultant

1.  Design reliable networking solutions to meet the needs of the business clients  
2.  Responsible to develop high quality submissions to customers  
3.  Provide documentation and updates of the solutions designed for customers  
4.  To work closely with the Sales and Support team to support the customers' ongoing services and implementation  
5.  Develop solution offering with partner and other business unit  
6.  Perform proof of concept lab to demonstrate solution and feature to customer  
Requirement  
1.  Diploma/Degree in any IT/Engineering/Telco related discipline  
2.  Min. 5 years of experience in a Networking/Technical Position  
3.  In depth knowledge for one or more for the below domain;  
  • 1.  Routing and switching  
  • 2.  Network Security  
  • 3.  TDM Voice Technology  
  • 4.  Data Centre Technology  
  • 5.  Wireless  
  • 6.  IP Telephony  
4.  Product knowledge for Cisco, Nortel, Juniper  
5.  Candidates with experience in a presales background would be preferred  
6.  Vendor certification would be preferred  
7.  Experience in designing VoIP and/or IP Telephony and/or complex LAN and big WAN project  
8.  Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills  
9.  Extensive regional travelling expected
10. 80-100K pa
