Reporting to the Operations Manager, Managed Services, you will deliver outsourced ICT services to large regional and multi-national customers.

responsible for the management and effective utilization of technical, financial and people resources to deliver contracted services to service level agreements. 

expected to operate within a pre-determined budget and will contribute to the overall running of the entire project. 

responsible for the profit and loss of the project. 

expected to identify and develop new businesses within the account.
