Pre-sales Consultant (WAN Network Infrastructure)

Our client a global Infrastructure Integration solutions provider

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform pre-sales function, i.e. working together with sales team to do requirement gathering, preparation of proposals, performing demonstrations and proof of concepts

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor / Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent
At least 3 years of related working experience as a pre-sales/SE in a Systems Integrator or principal vendor
Candidates with post-sales experience in a Systems Integrator and/or engineering (and planning) department of MNCs with strong inclination in pre-sales role is welcome
Candidates with CCDP or CCIE certification will be preferred
Experience in designing complex LAN and large WAN, VoIP and/or IP Telephony
Expertise in routing/switching, incl. BGP, OSPF, etc.
Knowledge in Security (firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL), Content Networking (cache, load balancer, F5, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge in SNA and Banking/Finance network is a plus
Familiarity with Project Management concept
