Solutions Architect (UNIX, storage)

Ability to perform the role of solution architect, with an understanding of the key products / offerings from the major hardware/software vendor.
Involve in project implementation where you will be required to implement the technical solution within the timeframe defined.
Perform System Administration role - including OS setup, hardening, fine-tuning, user management, backup / restore etc.
Perform weekend duty when required.

The Requirements:

Min 4 - 5 years of solid hand-on experience in UNIX administration (AIX, Solaris)
Familiar in hardware architecture and road map for all major hardware vendor
Good Understanding of ITIL processes.
Excellent interpersonal communication skill
Good work attitude, good problem solving skill
Experience with SAN storage will be an added advantage (eg NetApp, EMC, HDS)
Experience in supporting AS400 will be a definite advantage
