Engineer must have minimum five years working experience in VENDOR BASED ENVIRONMENT. Besides the necessary technical skills, one must have the soft skills to handle customer expectations and working in a stressful situation.

MS Proxy/IIS/ISA/DNS/DHCP/WINS
Plan/Install/Migrate/Consolidate Windows Active Directory
Migration from MS Windows NT/2000 to MS Windows 2003
MS Exchange 2000/2003/2007 deployment
Plan/Deploy/Migrate/Consolidate mail servers
Migrating from other email solution to MS Exchange
MS Clustering/NLB Solutions
Good knowledge of either CA Arcserver, Veritas Backup Exec and Acronis Backup
Industrial Anti-virus software deployment/management
Hardware install/troubleshooting experience in handling at least one of the followings:
DELL / HP-Compaq / Fujitsu PRIMERGY / IBM Intel Servers
