  • Reporting directly to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding and administering the Concession Policy and Schemes
  • Point of Contact for Concession Schemes
  • Performing end-to-end reviews and streamlining operation processes
  • Identifying opportunities for operation efficiency and control improvements
  • Coordinating and supervising process improvement and service excellence projects to successful completion
  • Defining, negotiating and monitoring the review of KPIs, SLAs and service excellence measures
  • Engaging project teams to carry out process improvement and service excellence projects.
  • Interfacing with management and providing regular status updates on progress of projects/new activities/initiatives
  • Taking charge of initiatives and improvement and other duties as assigned
  • Able to work with other service channels champions to improve customer experience


  • A university degree, preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in leading a team in an operational unit or handling operation related projects
  • Proven success in managing process improvement initiatives
  • Passionate with good project management, planning and organization skills
  • Creative, quick & systemic thinking with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a positive attitude
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time
