• Provide pre-sales support includes conducting demo of system and training (30%)
• Co-ordinate and provide support in all operational and logistics aspects of events, including data, equipment setup, lead a team and oversee the setup to ensure smooth delivery of events (50%)
• Maintain customer relationship and handle customer queries (20%)

REQUIREMENTS

• Some IT knowledge
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and well organized
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and work independently in a small team
• Good command of English
