Programme Manager is responsible for Driving governance and practice across business units. The incumbent will be in-charge of creating new processes to enable business improvement. Including Identifying methodologies, planning and execute to business needs.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates all aspects of engagement delivery with internal entities
Facilitates full lifecycle project management from initiation to closeout
Responsible for managing engagements that cover all Services Technologies
Manages POCs and rollouts governance directives.
Create and roll out processes workflow for business improvement
Create business and operational reporting
Mentors and guides new hires Manages project schedule and on time delivery of all in scope deliverables and milestones
Handles all project level escalations
Reports to Services Delivery Director and escalates issues as needed
Manage scope change process with sales, delivery management and the end customer
Communicate any potential customer or resource issues that could affect revenue recognition during the forecasted quarter
Responsible for coordinating with internal teams on resource scheduling, contracts, etc.
Insures all bookings items are in order before a project begins
Attend regular internal meetings
Works with Project directors/Cluster manager/Delivery Managers to identify proper resources and plan.
Responsible for tracking resource dollar utilization (on a project level)
Handles internal escalations
Adheres to policies and procedures and methodologies
