Responsibilities

• Support business and marketing activities through data extraction and business analysis reports (both regular and ad hoc)
• Automate reporting solutions and help build marketing reporting systems for Marketing Managers’ use to enable actionable business insights
• Ensure accuracy and promptness of all reports produced to stakeholders for their marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Ensure the integrity of in-house data in order to generate accurate reporting and analysis. These include monitoring of business performance, analyzing trends &variances
• Develop and maintain, a credible, and up-to-date (internal) information base. This includes taking ownership, and assuming responsibility for data integrity and accuracy
• Engage the Business Groups to group and prioritize business initiatives and demands to meet business target model.
• Support business in reviewing of business processes, identifying gaps and requirements with business owners and IT partners.
• Analyze B2B customer information from internal customer databases – identifying usage patterns, behavioral segmentation and high growth areas or trends
• Work together with the BU teams and Finance to establish annual budget and regular forecasts / variance explanations
• Track and report operating and capital expenditure monthly.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Studies or Engineering with at least 2 years related experience in data analysis. Experience in Telecom industry is preferred
• Knowledge in relational database, statistical analysis and data modeling is preferred
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (EXCEL), SQL and SAS products. Experience with IS systems (datawarehouses, billing systems and other in-house systems) and technical knowledge indata mining and business analysis will be an added advantage
• Must possess a strong analytical mind as well as good writing and communication skills; good presentation skills is an added advantage
• Proactive, independent, resourceful and high sense of responsibility and accountability
