Responsibilities:

• Support sales team to present and demonstrate the products and system solutions
• Manage key projects and drive the business from technical standpoint together with sales
• Work closely with distributors, dealers, SI and key customers on new functionality, integration, technical problem-solving and inter-operability testing
• Understand customers’ problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs
• Design, develop & integrate and deliver technical expertise for solutions for wireless microphone systems and implementation to customer
• Involve in various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services
• Ensure the product functions per specifications and the proposed system solution is functioning properly at the customer site
• Deliver customer training classes and consulting related to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales
• Harness resources across departments to coordinate project development work to meet both quality and timeline requirements
• Engage with senior level management within the company and at customer sites to promote the product solutions and get commitment to drive the business

Requirements:

• Preferably a Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong RF/Wireless experience in related industry for both analog and digital wireless products
• Able to lead in presentation, teamwork & project management to solve customer issues in a cross-functional global organization
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to relate to customer’s needs.
• Have passion to focus and drive for closure on customer’s issues
• Proven flexibility – ability to deal with ambiguity, take and manage risks, learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to travel extensively when required
