To review/draft global contracts including international sales/service transactions.
To negotiate customers from a legal point of view.
To give legal consultation and work with internal related people including sales/marketing, etc to manage deals.
To coordinate with internal related organization regarding contracts (mainly with legal people)
To conclude the contracts unless there is issue from a legal point of view.
To escalate major issues to reporting manager when required to be reviewed from a business point of view.
To issue legal guidance for global service contracts to affiliates whenever necessary.
Others when required from time to time by reporting manager.
