RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing financial support during sales of Outsourcing and Consulting arrangements
• Preparing the Costing/Pricing Analysis to support the pricing approach to the client value proposition
• Preparing income statements, balance sheets and cash flows supporting client engagements in compliance with IFCA / IFS, and company's Policies
• Preparing deal financial summary requests and business cases
• Analyzing all in-scope new opportunities including: client budgets, profitability, costing, identifying other financial opportunities, generating creative solutions for the client engagement team, applying value-added pricing methodologies
• Assessing prospective business to demonstrate the financial impact of new business (including venture investment and joint venture)
• Acquiring and maintaining all documentation supporting the Costing/Pricing Analysis on in-scope new opportunities
• Be part of the team to conduct ‘look back’ process on major contracts
• Preparing the data and to conduct the Cost to Serve Analyst
• Draft the Accounting Treatment Memo for the large and complex deals

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Master degree preferred
• At least four years of relevant experience operating in a similar role in an international company or major local company
• Previous experience within outsourcing or services company highly beneficial, along with a background within a global organization
• Strong accruement in commercial terms and deal shaping
• Highly effective organizing and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Professional qualification from CA / ACCA / CIMA, or studies at final stage
