Responsible for drafting of contracts handled by Procurement Group for all users in the company
Review and negotiate on all agreements
Provide consultative advice and support to the line managers
Interpretation of contracts and advising on potential breaches
Advice on the structuring of contracts
Co-ordination of legal discussions and follow up with both internal departments, Corporate Legal and external parties
Ensure line managers raise relevant deviation approval papers to Company'sl Contract Policy and Master Supply Agreement
