The porfolio of this candidate will be to lead the development, deployment and maintenace of technology strategy, standards and support of overall service delivery strategies for their global customers so as to to enhance customers's overall service experience.
Working closely with the CTO office, his porfolio would include
- Research , analyse and evaluate emerging technologies
- Architect design, development and build
- Enhance, Optimize, 3rd party integration, capacity expand , scaling of existing system environment
- Infrastructure
refresh , new technology deployments
- Data
centre and server consolidations & optimization
- Development,
communication and execution of Regional Technology Standards.
Architecture and development standards are adhered to through audits
and change control process.
- Development
and compliance to Security and Certification plans
- Manage
the regional technology support team, providing
- BCP and DR planning
- support customer engagements
Requirements
- overal 7-10 years experience
- At least 3 years
in Technology Strategy development
- At least 3
years experience in development of architecture for multi-technology
integration taking into consideration Application/Workflow,
Framework, Middleware, Web servers, Database, Networks and Hardware
- Track
record in working with staff and client personnel in the
implementation and use of architectures, standards and guidelines
for the specification and management of external stakeholder
environments
- business analysis, business consulting, project
methodologies and management background highly advantageous
- Previous
experience managing projects and virtual teams
- Strong Regional Support Operations Implementation, Enhancement and Management experience
- IT
Architecture certification
- ITIL, Security Certified
- Asia including Japan experience
