Business Planning Executive (marketing support)



1.            Provide support to the Business Analyst and Vice President of Business Marketing (BM) a good opportunity to experience and understand Corporate Business environment.
2.            Coordinate with Business Analyst and the BM teams for business planning and strategies:
a.    Work together with the Business Analyst, BM teams and Finance to establish annual budget and regular forecasts / variance explanations.
b.    Track and report operating and capital expenditure monthly.
c.    Coordinate timely submissions by directors and managers for business reports and/or financial and training matters.\
d.    Support and prepare reports on BMs achievements and activities for Financial and Business Performance Reviews.
e.    Track projects in line with the formulated business strategies and assist the Business Analyst in all aspects of work relating to the business analysis and strategic planning portfolio.
f.     Support and prepare regular powerpoint presentations for management reporting.
g.    Liaise with HR (Training) on training budget and training programs where required.
h.    Provide administrative support to Central Business Marketing matters such as monitoring BMs assets together with the admin team and raising purchases for new purchases or upgrades where necessary.

3.            Support the planning of necessary Group-wide activities and perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements:
1.            Diploma in Business Administration or related with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in reporting and analysis work.
2.            Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and numerically inclined.
3.            Familiarity with corporate-facing portals, online marketing, Web 2.0 tools and web literate would be an added advantage.
4.            Independent, meticulous, responsible and resourceful team player with a high sense of urgency and quality of work.
5.            Able to multi-task and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
6.            Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
